Ski resort Tanvaldský Špičák

Distance from the cottage: 14 km by car. More >>

The Tanvaldský Špičák ski resort, the largest in the Jizera Mountains, offers modern transport facilities. Since 2018, two four-seater chairlifts have been in operation – a non-detachable Doppelmayr 4-seater chairlift with a boarding belt on Špičák I and a detachable Leitner 4-seater chairlift with a bubble on Špičák II.

The resort is complemented by five Poma lifts and a SUNKID magic carpet for the youngest skiers. Evening skiing takes place on the Zalomený lift. Powerful snowmaking equipment is a matter of course.

The resort has a total of 8.2 km of slopes of all difficulty levels – from blue to black. The dominant feature is the Kostelní slope (1,180 m), a family slope of blue/red difficulty with beautiful views.

The longest slope is the Turistická slope (1,760 m, elevation 280 m). Five slopes are longer than 1 km, all of which are 100% covered by artificial snow and groomed daily. Evening skiing is possible on the 600 m long Zalomený slope.
