Information about your stay

The cottage will be ready for you at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest, and in order for us to have time to clean it, we need you to leave the cottage by 11 a.m.

You will find the keys in the box by the cottage on the electricity supply. We will send you the PIN for the box the day before your arrival.

Cancellation conditions are governed by the terms and conditions of the registration platform, e.g., booking.com, e-chalupy, etc.

If a serious situation arises that prevents you from arriving, the first step is to inform us by text message (see contacts) or via the registration platform, e.g., booking.com, etc. The sooner, the better, but no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day before arrival.

If you do not contact us or contact us late, your stay will automatically be forfeited without compensation.

If you contact us in time, we will work together to find an alternative date for your stay so that you don't lose out. If we cannot find a new date within 3 calendar months, your stay will unfortunately be automatically forfeited.

The cottage will be cleaned after your departure. Cleaning is charged according to the price list.

Before your departure, please perform basic cleaning, e.g., do not leave old food in the refrigerator, wet stains, scattered towels, muddy footprints from boots, etc. Behave as you would at home, and everything will be fine.

There are two parking spaces marked with a sign. The spaces are located at the edge of the road, marked with a red arrow in the picture on the left.

Everything is ready for you, and you don't need to bring anything with you.

The living room and kitchen are heated by stoves or electric heaters.

The bedrooms and bathroom are heated by electric heaters only.

The price for electricity is charged according to actual consumption, see Price List.

Dogs are welcome if you respect and agree to the following rules:

• Dogs are not allowed to sleep on beds or couches. Please be considerate of guests with allergies who may visit the cottage after you.

• Bring your own dog bed for your dog.

• The cottage grounds are not fenced, and you cannot let your pet run free on the grounds.

• Keep the grounds clean and clean up after your pet.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You will find the login details at the cottage.

Wine is available according to your taste at a flat price of CZK 300 per bottle.

Payment can be made using the QR code located on the wine rack.
