We heat our homes with electricity or wood-burning stoves. While electricity will cost you a few crowns, wood is free. All you need is an axe :-)

Winery Holánek
This family winery is located in the picturesque village of Ivaň, not far from the Novomlýnské reservoirs, Pasohlávky, and Aqualand Moravia. It uses high-quality grapes from its own organically farmed vineyards to produce its wines. The entire area of 31 hectares is located in the Aeibis vineyard, which belongs to the Mikulov wine sub-region.

Winery Očenášek
The winery cultivates 24 hectares of land in the cadastral areas of Bzenec and Strážnice, both of which are part of the Slovácko sub-region in Moravia. In our vineyards, we mainly grow Riesling and its hybrids, such as Hibernal, Johanniter, and Kerner. We also grow Pinot varieties, as well as the old Sylvánské zelené variety and a few more specific varieties, namely Blauer Silvaner and Yellow Muscat.
